Designed specifically for the physical rehabilitation setting, despite its resemblance to an ordinary treadmill, the Biodex Gait Trainer 3 differs in ways that illustrate its specialized rehabilitation design; including an instrumented deck that yields audio & visual biofeedback to prompt patients into their correct gait pattern and objective documentation for older adult applications; neurologically impaired patients, spinal cord injury, CVA/TBI, Parkinson’s Disease, lower back injury, lower extremity amputee, orthopaedic rehabilitation and neurorehabilitation.

The Gait Trainer 3 provides audio and visual biofeedback of step length and step speed Goal: Develop symmetrical gait by improving step length, step speed and right to left time distribution.
